When calling in your reservation, please mention “UDC, Virginia Division” to receive this special rate. A one-night deposit by guest check, money order or a credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY September 4, 2010MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at the Holiday Inn Select. Wreath Laying at Monument Terrace.
CONVENTION PROGRAM INFORMATION about the schedule of events and meals requiring reservations is provided. Meal reservations are due by September 14, 2010.
CONVENTION PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, INC,. will provide photographic coverage this year at the rate of $7.00 per picture or 3 pictures for $17.00, which includes the tax and postage.
MEALS: Should you require a “special” diet, please indicate this on the Meals Reservation form. We have vegetarian alternatives for the luncheons and dinners. The hotel will not be able to honor your request at the time of your meal if you do not complete your request on this form. You are strongly urged to take advantage of the Convention planned meals. The restaurants within the hotel are good but may be overcrowded.
