VIRGINIA DIVISION E-MAIL LIST

IMPORTANT NOTICE A hard drive malfunction the last week in August wiped out the most up-to-date version of the Virginia Division e-mail list. A partial list has been reconstructed from an old file, but many entries are not current and many are missing. If Division members could take a few minutes to resubmit their most recent e-mail contact information, the Webmaster would be most grateful! Complete and submit the online request form

For the convenience of its members, Virginia Division UDC maintains an e-mail notification list. This free service is available to all members in good standing as part of the Division's ongoing efforts to keep its membership informed of matters that may be of interest to them. Although most messages come from the President of Virginia Division UDC, other Division officers and members occasionally use the list to disseminate information as well. Prior approval of the Division President is required.

If you wish to join the list, please complete and submit an online request. This information will not be shared with anyone, inside or outside of the Division. You may discontinue the service at any time by notifying the Webmaster.

Under the terms of your list membership, you agree that you will not forward any message received through this service to anyone who is not a Virginia Division UDC member without first seeking and obtaining the permission of its originator. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in your removal from the list. Virginia Division UDC reserves the right to terminate or refuse service for cause.

We regret that this service is not available to anyone outside of Virginia Division UDC.
